OUR APPROACH combines advocacy, athletics, character & leadership development and personalized planning. We are a loving family of dedicated advocates who rise by lifting others! We take a holistic personalized approach to Player advocacy, development, training and sports management that includes comprehensive advice, private coaching, resources and support services.
OUR POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT is welcoming and Playes will find it challenging, compertitive and highly rewarding. We partner with Parents and ensure Players are guided by their personalized Flight-Plan™ and enjoy ongoing communication, feedback, tracking and management. Our proprietary planning tools, specialized expertise, ongoing scientific research and cutting-edge technologies ensure Players can fly high!

Registered Member Players aged 5-20 yrs. are automatically enrolled in the I AM A PHOENIX RISING TENNIS ACADEMY & FLIGHT-PLAN™ and enjoy our proprietary champion management platform and proven peak-performance coaching system for success based on 20 years of experience and expertise:
Our FLIGHT-PLAN™ interfaces with our Player management technology and mobile Application Tennis Locker™.
The Flight-Plan™ and associated on-court private training sessions are customized to each Player and are uniquely designed to raise warrior champions both on and off of the tennis court.
Players will experience improved confidence, fitness levels, mental toughness, strength & conditioning, technical skill, and tennis knowledge.
